    We will meet you in person upon check-in
  • How do I connect to the WiFi?
    Wifi Password given to guests and a sticker with those details is in the storeroom.
  • Do you allow pets?
    No
  • Can I smoke in the apartment?
    No
  • Can I get check in earlier or checkout later?
    Please contact us and we will cater to your needs if there is availability
  • Can I extend my stay?
    Please contact us and if there is availability, you will be able to extend your stay with us.
  • Do you provide towels and linen?
    Yes
  • How often are cleaning and linen services provided ?
    If you are staying for more than 7 nights, cleaning and linen are provided on a weekly basis with a full change of bed linen and towels. However additional servicing can be arranged at an extra charge
  • How many people can stay in the apartment?
    4 people
  • Where should keys be left at departure?
    There are multiple options for check-out; it can be posted into postbox at reception or can be personally collected. This will be agreed upon check in
  • What is provided in the kitchen?
    A microwave, kettle, toaster, tea, coffee and sugar, kitchen utensils, cookware, dishwasher, oven and stovetop.
  • Do you provide free parking?
    No, but there are parking locations within a few minutes walk
