HOW DOES AIRBNB MANAGEMENT WORK ?

APPLICATION / PROPERTY APPROVAL
- After completing the FREE Airbnb Valuation form, we'll carefully review your property/application and conduct a brief background check to offer you a swift estimate for your property.
Subsequently, we'll reach out to inform you of the potential monthly earnings for your property and schedule a viewing at your earliest convenience.

CONTRACT SIGNED / ONBOARDING
- Once you have reviewed the management contract, signed the agreement, and confirmed your willingness to proceed, we will commence the onboarding process.
This process entails collecting all pertinent information about your property, optimising it for short-term lets, and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Once the onboarding is finalised, we will initiate the marketing of the property and secure your first bookings!

AGREEMENT / VIEWING
- Once we have assessed your property and are satisfied with its standards, and both parties agree to collaborate, we will send you our management contract.
This contract will outline our management terms, the applicable fees, and our proposed plans for any necessary work that we'll undertake on your behalf, provided it has been pre-agreed upon.
We are highly adaptable regarding terms and open to any suggestions from landlords.

MARKETING & OPTIMISATION
- Upon the completion of onboarding and setting up the property on all essential systems, we will begin marketing the property and optimising all OTA (online travel agent) listings on your behalf.
Your property will be promoted across all our direct platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and, naturally, through direct email marketing to our mailing list of over 2000 guests!
